Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Participants should submit an extended abstract of their results using the following template<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Please rename both the abstract and the results with the same filename (i.e., the “team name”). For instance, one can submit (“teamname.txt” and “teamname.pdf”).<\/li>
  3. The deadline to submit both files is 18:00 June 1, 2020 (AoE<\/a>).<\/li>
  4. No registration to the CCWI\/WDSA conference is required to participate in the pre-conference workshop. <\/li>
  5. Participation in the workshop is free.<\/li>
  6. You need to submit both the Results file and the Abstract to be considered eligible to participate in the competition.<\/li>
  7. You will receive a notification of acceptance by June 8, 2020. <\/li>
  8. Acceptance of the abstract for the competition does not imply acceptance to the CCWI\/WDSA in China in 2021.<\/li>
  9. The workshop will be conducted online in September (date will be announced in June).<\/li>
  10. The competition results will be announced at the end of the workshop. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
